Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the Korajoy online store (the "Site"), operated by Koraj Social. By placing an order on the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order.

These Terms of Sale complement, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.

These Terms apply to all orders placed by consumers ("you," "the Customer") on the Site, regardless of the country from which the order is placed, subject to Section 12 (Governing Law). Korajoy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; the version applicable to your order is the one in effect on the Site at the time the order is placed.

3. Products

Products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, photographs, illustrations and descriptions are not contractually binding, and minor variations (particularly in color, due to differing screen settings) do not constitute a defect. Korajoy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product, or to limit quantities available, at its sole discretion and without notice.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Site and are inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise, except shipping, customs, and import charges, which are indicated separately before checkout is finalized (see our Shipping Policy). As Korajoy benefits from the VAT exemption under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable ("TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI").

Prices may change at any time; however, the price applicable to your order is the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed, as stated in your order confirmation email.

5. Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once Korajoy sends an order confirmation email, following successful payment processing. Korajoy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular in the event of:

• unavailability of the product;
• a pricing or description error on the Site;
• a payment issue or reasonable suspicion of fraud;
• an abnormal order (e.g., unusually large quantity for personal use).

If we are unable to accept, or must cancel, your order, we will notify you by email and, where payment has been taken, issue a full refund.

You represent that products purchased are for your personal use and not for resale or commercial export.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed, through the payment methods available on the Site. You warrant that you are duly authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information supplied is accurate and complete. Korajoy reserves the right to suspend or cancel an order in the event of non-payment, payment refusal, or a payment dispute.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms, timeframes, carriers, and customs information are set out in our Shipping Policy. In summary:

• Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (up to 10 business days for orders exceeding 200 items) before shipping.
• All products ship from our US-based fulfillment center; transit times vary by destination (see Shipping Policy for full details).
• Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon transfer of the products to the carrier.
• Customers outside the United States may be responsible for customs duties and import fees, which are not included in the purchase price.

Korajoy shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you (or a third party you designate) receive the product to withdraw from your purchase, without needing to give a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision before the expiry of this period, for example by email at support@korajoy.com, using a clear statement (you may use the standard withdrawal form available on request).

You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Exceptions: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others: products made to your specifications or clearly personalized, and sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons.

9. Legal Warranties

Regardless of any commercial guarantee, all products sold benefit from the following legal warranties under French law:

• Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): the seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, which appears within two years of delivery.
• Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code): the seller is liable for hidden defects in the product that render it unfit for its intended use, or that so diminish this use that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price, had they known of the defects.

To exercise these warranties, please contact us at support@korajoy.com. Depending on the applicable warranty, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Korajoy's liability is limited to direct, foreseeable damages resulting from a proven breach of its obligations, and shall not extend to indirect losses (such as loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence, nor does it affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, product presentations) is the property of Korajoy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your order.

12. Personal Data

Personal data collected during the order process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, and objection by contacting support@korajoy.com.

13. Complaints and Consumer Mediation

For any complaint, please first contact our customer service at support@korajoy.com. If no amicable solution is reached, and in accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator: [Name and contact details of the mediation body — to be confirmed].

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in your country of residence, the courts of France shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence within the European Union.
