1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, order fulfillment typically takes 1 to 5 business days before shipping. Orders containing more than 200 items may take 5 to 10 business days to fulfill.
The processing countdown begins as soon as the order status changes to "Accepted." During the first 2 hours after placing an order, the status will show as "New."
Order changes / cancellations: While your order status shows "New," you can request a change to the shipping address or cancel the order by contacting us. Once the order status changes to "Accepted," it is sent to our Fulfillment Team for preparation and can no longer be edited or cancelled.
2. Shipping Times & Carriers
All products are shipped from our US-based fulfillment center.

* These transit times do not include the order processing time (see Section 1) and may be extended due to customs clearance procedures (see Section 3).
Your total delivery time is generally the processing time (Section 1) plus the shipping time listed above.
3. Customs & Import Fees
Since all products ship from our US fulfillment center, customers located outside the United States may be responsible for customs duties and import fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer; they are neither calculated nor collected by Korajoy.
Please also note that delivery delays may occur due to customs-clearance processes, which are outside our control and that of the carrier.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow its progress until delivery.
5. Delays or Delivery Issues
If you experience a significant delay, a damaged package, or a package that appears lost, please contact us promptly at support@korajoy.com so we can investigate the issue with the relevant carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers residing in the European Union have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay a penalty, subject to legal exceptions (in particular, personalized or made-to-order products).
