Shipping Policy

At Korajoy, we strive to deliver your wellness products as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in the United States.

1. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to most U.S. states. We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): FREE

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $4.99

Please note: Currently, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. military bases (APO/FPO).

2. International Shipping

We ship worldwide via FedEx. International packages typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.

International Rates:

  • Standard International Shipping: €4.99

  • Express International Shipping: €7.49

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Please be aware that international orders are shipped under DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) terms.

This means that the shipping price paid at checkout does not include local import taxes or customs duties. As the customer, you may be responsible for paying these fees upon receipt of your package, depending on your country’s local regulations. Korajoy is not responsible for these fees or for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is placed, it will be processed promptly. As soon as your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
